All signed-in internal, non-supplier accounts can access this shared company directory. This includes buyer, administrator, client and evaluator accounts; some roles do not have a sidebar shortcut.

Supplier accounts and signed-out visitors cannot access the directory. Company contact and profile details are shared across buyer organisations. Contract and bid details on a supplier profile are limited to the organisation you are currently viewing.

Only platform administrators and GBS managed-service administrators can inspect linked supplier user accounts or correct pending registration emails. Supplier administrators manage their own team through Organisation Team.
