Asking about a live opportunity? Open the tender or market engagement and use its Clarifications tab. Questions asked there are answered once and the answer is shown to every supplier taking part, so nobody is working from better information than anyone else — and you are never named.

If your question is about you alone — a failed upload, a registration problem — open “Not about the tender?” in that same box and tick Send privately to the buyer. It arrives here, no other supplier sees it, and the reply comes back to this page and to your email.

Buyers also write to you here about something that concerns only you, such as a query on your own submission. You can always reply to those.
